Is CBD Legal?

Yes, CBD has been federally legal since late 2018—if it's derived from hemp and it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC. But that doesn't necessarily mean it's legal in your state. Some state laws have put restrictions on buyers. Mystical Metamorphosis LLC. bda Lady Canna Co. takes no responsibility for exempt states. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for due dilligance of local laws.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free, with an exception of our Canna-Bod Body Butter, which contains Natural, Local Beeswax.

 Why are the Candles & Bath Bombs in different colors each time?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we enjoy being creative with designs and colors. However, this does not affect the ingredients, nor the potency.

My body butter melted! Help!

We got you! Our body butters are Natural butters that melt with heat. Give your jar a good stir and pop it in the fridge for an hr or 2... it´ll be good to go! Sometimes the texture may change slightly, but the special ingredients are still the same.   

Is there a subscription?!

Subscriptions are in the works. Make sure you are subscribed to stay in the know.

Does Lady Canna Co. have a store? / I want to send you mail! / Can I pick up my order?  Where are you located?

We do not offer local order pickups at this time.

 

Is it normal for my soap/bath bomb/etc to change color?

Yes! Especially products containing natural colorants, herbs, flowers, or vanilla. Vanilla may turn soaps and bath bombs brown over time. Natural colorants have a tendency to fade over time. Vanilla and herbs may turn products brown.

Is there any free items included with an order?

Logo stickers are included with every order purchased and some special promos contain samples, full sized products and other special goodies. Stay plugged into our Social Media to stay in the know. 

 

Why did my product review get unpublished?
We are not allowed to make any medical claims of any sort. If there are claims of our products curing any medically diagnosed ailments, we are obligated to unpublish them.
